WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGEÂ POLICY?
We offer an exchange policy on unworn items that are being returned for being the incorrect size.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only accept cash on delivery for orders placed online.
In store we accept both cash and card payments.
WHY DO YOU NEED SO LONG TO PRODUCE EACH DRESS?
We know that 2-3 weeks may seem like a long time. We, however, feel that it is necessary as good things take time. We are unlike your average abaya shop that mass produces their designs. Since each piece is made to order and is individually examined to ensure the highest quality, it takes time.
